What we do
Chimney Inspection
A level-appropriate inspection of the firebox, damper, smoke chamber, flue and crown, with photos of anything we find and a written report you keep.
Chimney Inspection details →Chimney Sweep / Cleaning
Brush-and-vacuum cleaning of the flue and firebox with containment at the hearth, so the creosote leaves the house instead of landing on the carpet.
Chimney Sweep / Cleaning details →Chimney Repair
Crown rebuilds, flashing, tuckpointing, liner and damper work — the repairs that stop water and combustion gases getting where they should not.
Chimney Repair details →Fireplace Inspection
A working check of the appliance itself: gas connections, logs, pilot, glass, seals and clearances.
Fireplace Inspection details →Fireplace Repair
Repair and part replacement for gas and wood fireplaces, including inserts and the vent they run on.
Fireplace Repair details →Air Duct Cleaning
Supply and return runs cleaned under negative pressure with the registers pulled, not a vacuum waved at the grille.
Air Duct Cleaning details →Dryer Vent Cleaning
The full duct run cleared from the dryer to the exterior hood, with airflow measured before and after — the single cheapest fire-risk fix in the house.
Dryer Vent Cleaning details →General Repair / Service
The work that does not fit a category: small repairs, second opinions and the things another company would not come out for.

Written, itemised, and it does not change once you say yes.
Questions we get asked
How soon can you come out?
Most weeks we can be there within a few days. If there is smoke in the house or a gas smell, say so when you call and we move you up.
Do you charge for the visit?
The free inspection covers coming out and telling you what is wrong. Repairs are quoted before anything is done.
How long does the work take?
A sweep or a dryer-vent clean is usually under two hours. Repairs depend on what we find, and we will tell you the range before we start.
